Method
  1. Mix together the thyme and the mustard, spread over the chicken, roast in the oven at 180°c for 15-20 minutes until cooked through, remove and cool.
  2. Slice the Turkish breads a of the way through.
  3. Mix together the cream cheese an. the avocado, evenly spread this on both sides of the Turkish bread. Fill each bread with rocket, tomato, cucumber, finish with the sliced cooked chicken breast and a sprinkle of black pepper.
  4. Serve toasted.
