With more than 1.5 million Australians living with food allergies 11,500 anaphylaxis admissions to emergency departments each year, a 51% increase over five years [1], it’s clear that awareness and education and support is vital. 

The Healthy Eating Advisory Service have recipes available that are allergy-friendly to support you to provide nutritious options while managing allergies 

Food Allergy Week, created by Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia, is dedicated to raising awareness and promoting community understanding of food allergies. 

To help mark the week, we’ve created a special allergy friendly recipe book, packed with delicious, allergy friendly recipes that are perfect for lunchboxes, mealtimes, and snacks. These recipes are both simple and nourishing!
