Food Allergies and Intolerances Case Study – Sherbrooke Family and Children’s Care
At Sherbrooke Family and Children’s Centre in Upwey, nutritious meals are prepared daily for between 80 to 120 children, including breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon tea, and late snacks. In this video, centre cook Lorraine shares her expert approach to weekly menu planning.
