Chickpeas (canned) 100g 370g 900g
Baby beets (whole canned) 100g 370g 900g
Olive oil 1 teaspoon 2 teaspoons 1 1/2 tablespoons

Method

  1. Drain chickpeas and beetroot.
  2. Put in a food processor with oil and blend until smooth.

 

Tips

  • For extra flavor add lemon juice and garlic.
