Method
- In a large bowl combine the cabbage, carrot, spring onion, chilli, snow peas, coriander and ½ the peanuts, toss to combine.
- In another bowl combine the sesame oil, ginger, garlic a soy, mix well.
- Tip the dressing onto the salad and toss well.
- Evenly distribute the salad between plates, top with even amounts of the pulled pork and scatter with the remaining peanuts.
