This recipe was developed by chefs at Western District Health Service.
Method
- Combine the tomato, coriander, onion, chilli and garlic in a bowl, mix well.
- Mix together the lime juice, olive oil, pepper and salt, pour this over the salsa and mix well again. Use straight away or allow to rest so the flavours develop.
- Could be utilised as a bruschetta topping or accompany main dishes as a side condiment.
