This recipe was developed by chefs at Western District Health Service.
Method
- Pre heat the oven to 160oc
- Combine all of the vegetables and the garlic in a large bowl and mix together.
- Beat together the eggs, cheeses and herbs, tip into the vegetable mix and combine together thoroughly.
- Pour the mix into a deep, lined and sprayed baking tray or gastronorm. Cook for 40 minutes to 1 hour or until set and beginning to brown on top.
- Serve straight away or allow to cool and then cut into appropriate size portions for reheating at a later stage.
