All our recipes have been developed to support the Victorian Government's menu planning guidelines for early childhood services, and provide information on the number of serves of each food group they provide per child.

Information about food allergiesIn each recipe below, the exclusion of specific foods or food compounds that may cause an allergic or intolerance reaction has been noted (e.g. milk protein free, lactose free, nut free, egg free, wheat/gluten free, fish free, sesame free, soy free).
These recipes do not account for potential contamination that may occur through manufacturing and processing. Ingredients in recipes may still have precautionary allergen food labelling (e.g. "may contain traces of").
When preparing recipes, it is important to: - double-check the label of ingredients every time the recipe is made - prevent any contamination during preparation, cooking and serving
